Check the original source
Find the opening on the employer's official careers page or the original platform. Compare the company name, role description, and application instructions. A familiar logo alone does not establish who is contacting you.
Question requests for money
Treat demands for recruitment fees, transfers, or equipment purchases from a specific seller as warning signs. Pause and independently check the employer before proceeding.
Protect your information
Avoid sending identity documents, bank details, passwords, or verification codes before checking who is requesting them and why. Never share passwords or one-time account codes with a recruiter.
Notice pressure and vague promises
Unusually high pay for vaguely described work, pressure to act immediately, and offers without a meaningful hiring process deserve closer scrutiny. No single check guarantees a listing is safe.
